Shqldental Bearings

We have manufactured high precision bearing for dental handpieces more than 10 years.We supply our customers only the highest quality(ABEC-7/P4) bearings for the repair and production of low speed and high speed dental handpieces (OEM & After-market), and other dental handpiece parts, tools. The materials of inner and outer rings are 440 stainless steel, ceramic(Si3N4) balls and Torlon/Phenolic cage(retainer). The bearings accuracy class is P4 (ABEC-7) or better. Under the air pressure of 200-250kpa, the bearings speed can reach 350000 to 450000 rpm, and the normal service life can be 6 months or better.
For the OEM market, we also supply the materials: Cr-Mo-N alloy steel(A01) made in Germany. A01 materials is with superior cor-rosion resistance and the the service life with A01 materials can be 10-12 months.
